| At Tujays, one of the keys to our success has been attributed to Quality Control with intense supervision that utilizes multi-level quality checks. Our Supervisors are directly involved with each cleaning program, and job inspections are conducted at multiple levels. First, the custodial staff is required to inspect their own work after completion which is followed by a Supervisory check, and on occasion is further inspected by Senior Management. In addition, the following quality controls are also implemented:
